Who we are
Dignep Group Pvt. Ltd. is a software and AI engineering company. We were founded in 2018 in the Kathmandu Valley and our head office is in Pulchowk, Lalitpur. We build for product companies, NGOs and public-sector programmes, and we run that work under an ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018 certified service management system.
In practice that means the dull but important things are written down: service levels, how changes get approved, what happens when something breaks. It’s the same discipline we brought to systems for UNDP Nepal and the Town Development Fund, where public money means audits.

Dignep Group Pvt. Ltd. is a software development and AI governance company headquartered in Pulchowk, Lalitpur, Bagmati Province, Nepal.
