Software and AI engineering that holds up to scrutiny
We’re a Lalitpur-based engineering company building software and AI for clients in Nepal, India, Australia and the US since 2018. We run delivery like a certified service provider, so your product and your audit trail hold up when someone checks.
- ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018
- UNDP, TDF and PLGSP delivery
- 100+ projects
- 50+ private clients
What we can show you, not just tell you
A certified way of working.
We’re ISO/IEC 20000-1 certified. Incidents, changes and service levels are documented and audited on every engagement, not just the big ones.
Delivery where accountability is highest.
We’ve built systems for UNDP Nepal’s Innovation Partnership Fund and the Town Development Fund, and worked under PLGSP, Nepal’s Provincial and Local Governance Support Programme. Public money comes with audits and reporting, and we’re used to both.
Governance built in, not bolted on.
We build AI systems and we also work in AI governance: ISO 27001 and SOC 2 controls, the EU AI Act and NIST AI RMF. We build our own GRC product, Certifyi, and run a research unit, DAIR.
Plain economics.
Ramp-up times and notice periods are published, and every price is quoted in writing within two working days of a free 30-minute call. India shares our whole day, Europe and Sydney part of it, and the US none unless we shift hours, which we agree before kickoff.

Four ways to work with us.
Start with a proof of concept, hand us a fixed-scope project, add engineers to your own team, or hire a dedicated team.
Public-sector work and 50+ private clients
UNDP Nepal, the Town Development Fund and PLGSP, plus product companies in Nepal, India, Australia and the US.
Pick the model that matches how sure you are about scope. If you’re still testing an idea, a PoC costs far less than a team. If the roadmap runs for a year or more, a dedicated team is usually the better deal.
3–15+ engineers who work only on your product, employed by us in Lalitpur.
Best for: product companies and startups with ongoing development.
Start and notice: team ready in 2–4 weeks, 30 days’ notice.

A working prototype that tests your riskiest assumption before you commit to a full build.
Best for: startups and innovation teams.
Timeline: a 4–8 week build, quoted as a fixed scope.
We run the whole project, from requirements to deployment, against an agreed scope and milestones.
Best for: companies with a clearly defined deliverable.
Start: a 1–3 week discovery, then a fixed scope and milestones.
Add 1–5 engineers to your existing team. They work in your tools, your standups and your sprints.
Best for: teams that need extra capacity or a missing skill.
Start and notice: engineers in 5–10 working days, 30 days’ notice.
How an engagement starts and runs
Three phases. For a dedicated team, most clients go from the first call to engineers committing code in two to four weeks.
What we've delivered since 2018
Software outsourcing, dedicated development teams, staff augmentation and PoC development, plus AI work (AI agents, AI MVPs, AI staffing and data labelling) and cybersecurity and GRC services.
Book a free 30-minute discovery call. We talk through scope, team shape, timeline and budget, then send a scoped proposal within two working days.
We quote after the discovery call and send a written proposal with pricing within two working days. The main cost drivers are the seniority mix, team size, engagement length, tech stack and any compliance scope.
We work 09:00–18:00 Nepal Time (UTC+5:45, no daylight saving). India overlaps almost the whole day, Central Europe about four hours, the UK about three and Sydney three to four. There's no natural overlap with the US, so we agree a fixed daily call window before kickoff.
We run delivery like an audited service, we build and govern AI rather than doing one or the other, and we publish our start times and notice terms. Ask us to show you the evidence on the first call.
Yes. We send a shortlist and you interview the engineers before anything is signed.
