How we work with you

Four engagement models: a dedicated team, staff augmentation, a fixed-scope project or a PoC. Each has published start times and notice terms, and pricing is quoted after a free 30-minute call.

Build a new product with us

You have an idea or a scope, and you need a team to take it from prototype to production.

We start with a 1–3 week discovery: requirements, risks, architecture and a plan with milestones. The document is yours, and you can take it to another vendor if you like.

Then we build against the agreed scope in two-week sprints, with a demo at the end of each one. Changes go through written change control, so the budget and timeline stay honest.

Still testing an idea? Start with a PoC: a working prototype, built in 4–8 weeks, that answers your riskiest question before you fund the full product.

Projects end on milestone acceptance. You own the code, designs and documentation, and we hand over with written documentation and a knowledge-transfer session.

Hire a dedicated team

3–15+ engineers who work only on your product, employed by us in Lalitpur and usually ready in 2–4 weeks.

A typical first team is a tech lead, two to four developers and a QA engineer. We shortlist for your stack, you interview, and you decide who joins.

You set the direction: your backlog, your standups, your tools. We handle employment, payroll, equipment and the office, and our delivery lead keeps an eye on quality.

Already mid-build? We start with a code audit, tell you what we’d keep and what we’d change, and carry on from there.

You can add or remove people with 30 days’ written notice. It’s not the right model for a fixed six-week build; a project contract fits that better.

Augment your existing team

Add 1–5 engineers to your own team, usually within 5–10 working days.

It suits a missing skill or a temporary crunch: a React developer for a quarter, a data engineer for a migration, extra QA before a release.

The engineers work in your tools, standups and sprints. We stay their employer, so you don’t deal with payroll, contracts or equipment in Nepal.

We work in React, Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, Python, Supabase, Google Cloud and AWS, plus LLM agents and RAG systems. If we don’t have the skill you need, we’ll say so.

Scaling down takes 30 days’ written notice. If you find yourself managing more than five of our engineers, a dedicated team is usually simpler.

How we engage

Compare the engagement models

Every model runs on the same ISO/IEC 20000-1 certified service management system, so documented service levels, change control and continuity planning are included, not extras.

How pricing works

We don't publish rate cards, because two teams of the same size can cost very different amounts. We quote after a free 30-minute discovery call and send a written proposal with pricing within two working days. The main cost drivers are the seniority mix, team size, engagement length, tech stack and any compliance scope. Nepal-based clients can be billed in Nepali rupees.

A dedicated team for a long roadmap you want a stable team on, staff augmentation for extra hands inside an existing team, a project for a defined deliverable, and a PoC when you're still testing the idea. If you're unsure, we'll recommend one on the discovery call.

Staff augmentation usually starts within 5–10 working days and dedicated teams are ready in 2–4 weeks. Projects begin with a 1–3 week discovery, and PoCs are built in 4–8 weeks.

It depends on seniority mix, team size, engagement length, stack and any compliance scope, so we don't publish rate cards. After a free 30-minute call we send a written proposal with pricing within two working days.

You do. The client owns all source code, designs and documentation produced under any Dignep engagement. Ownership transfers on payment and is written into every contract.

Yes. A common path is a PoC first, then staff augmentation, then a dedicated team as the product grows. We agree each change in writing.

Dedicated team and staff augmentation engagements end with 30 days' written notice. Projects and PoCs end on milestone acceptance.

Not sure which model fits? Book a 30-minute call and we'll tell you, including when a smaller engagement would do.
