A services website for a Melbourne AI consultancy
Saipals Technologies is a Melbourne software engineering and AI consultancy working with Australian businesses. We designed and developed its website to present a broad service range and turn visits into booked discovery calls.
The client
Saipals Technologies Pty Ltd builds custom software, generative AI systems and dedicated engineering teams for Australian clients. Its site names healthcare, financial services and insurance as its main sectors.
A recurring theme is sovereign AI: systems that can be hosted onshore, audited and governed from the start, in line with Australian data residency expectations. The site also offers staff augmentation, PoC development, application re-engineering and AI governance consulting.
This Saipals website case study covers the company site at saipals.com.

What they needed
Saipals sells to buyers in regulated sectors who compare several vendors before they talk to one. Going by how the site is organised, it needed to:
- Present a long list of services, solutions and industries without burying the main message.
- Make the sovereign AI and data residency position clear to Australian buyers.
- Get visitors to a booked discovery call with as few steps as possible.
- Publish articles that answer the questions those buyers search for, such as generative AI security.

How we worked
Website projects follow the same five stages with us. Each one ends with something the client signs off before the next starts.
Discovery
We agree who the site is for, which pages each audience needs and what content the client will supply.
Design
Navigation and page structure come first. The visual design is applied once the structure is agreed.
Build
Pages are built so the client's own team can edit content and publish updates without a developer.
Launch
Forms, links and mobile layouts are checked before the site goes live on the client's domain.
Handover
Admin access and editing guidance go to the client, so the site stays theirs to run.
